I wanted to like this shampoo, but my scalp started feeling itchy quickly after I used it. It was that annoying little prickly itch around my hairline and crown that I kept noticing all day. My hair also felt oddly dry afterward, almost straw-like, especially at the ends when I ran my fingers through it. Just not a good match for me.

I ordered from Babo Botanicals and when the package showed up, I kind of expected the usual little mess you sometimes get with bottles, but everything was actually in good shape. The bottles were sealed, nothing had leaked, and the pump worked without any fuss. The only thing I noticed was that the box had a bit more filler than it probably needed, which felt a little excessive. Other than that, I was happy with the order overall and would give it 4 stars.

I was expecting this to feel a bit more natural, but the ingredient list was different from what I had in mind. It just didn’t come across as organic as they make it seem.

I felt like this was way too expensive for what it is. I kept wondering if maybe I was missing something, but for the price, I expected a lot more. I just don’t feel reassured that I made a good purchase.

It took a while to get a reply, which was a little frustrating, but they did eventually get back to me and helped sort things out. I get that support teams can be busy, so as long as the issue gets handled, that matters most to me.

It smelled nice, really nice, but unfortunately it didn’t do much for my kid’s rash. We used it and waited to see some change, but the rash pretty much stayed the same, same as before

I tried this and ended up with a rash quickly. It started itching really bad, so I stopped using it right away. What made it more frustrating was that when I tried to get help, nobody seemed to want to take ownership or actually address the issue.

I bought this hoping it would calm down my dry skin and eczema patches, but it just didn’t do much for me.

At first it felt kind of greasy, which I could’ve overlooked if it actually helped, but about an hour later my skin still felt tight and itchy. After using it for a few days, my hands actually seemed more irritated.

Maybe it’s fine for someone with mild dryness, but for eczema-prone skin, I expected it to feel a lot more soothing. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth it, and I wouldn’t buy it again

I got this for my toddler, but I just didn’t feel totally comfortable using it. The smell seemed strong to me, and my little one said it felt kind of weird on their skin. Maybe it works fine for others, but I’m fairly sure I wouldn’t choose it again for babies or younger kids

Most of the baby stuff I’m looking for is usually in stock, which is a relief. Last time, a few of the sunscreen sizes was sold out, but I still found one that worked fine. Overall, it’s a easy place to shop

Just a warning if you’re thinking about buying this, the bottle is really small and it ran out way faster than I expected. It didn’t last long at all, so keep that in mind before ordering

My order came in and everything was correct, so no complaints there. I don’t really buy into all the polished company talk, but in this case they did what they were supposed to do

I bought the Babo sunscreen for my kid because it seemed like a gentle option, and I really wanted something I didn’t have to overthink. It went on thick and left that obvious white layer, which was annoying, but I could’ve lived with it if it actually did the job.

We were outside for less than an hour, and I did reapply, but my kid still ended up red on the shoulders and cheeks. It wasn’t a horrible burn, thankfully, but it was enough to leave me upset and mentally drained after trying so hard to prevent exactly that.

Maybe it works better for other kids or different skin, but I just don’t feel comfortable trusting it again. Sunscreen has one main job, and for us, this one didn’t protect well enough.

I’ve been using this lotion on my kid’s dry skin, and it does a really good job keeping it soft for most of the day. I like it, but I also kind of don’t when we’re trying to get ready quickly because it feels a little thick at first and takes some effort to spread around. It does absorb fine once it’s on, though. No major complaints, I just wish it was a bit easier to rub in.

I don’t think I was being unreasonable here, I returned the item like I was supposed to, but the whole process turned into a headache. I kept waiting for my refund and it just took way too long. I get that returns can take a little time, but this felt more frustrating than it needed to be

I wish I had looked more closely before ordering. Unless they make the ingredients a lot safer or clearer, I’ll probably be switching to another brand...
